COMMUNITY ASSET DEVELOPMENT GROUP

At The Community Asset Development Group, we believe that collaboration is the key to building stronger communities. CADG serves as the development consultant for the Foundation as it takes on new projects.   CADG oversees the day-to-day operations for Foundation activities. After serving 35 years as a local government professional, Dave Poorney formed CADG as a means to utilize his experience in partnering with local communities to create needed assets.  Bob Roepke had an extensive career as a human resources professional with 3M and served as an elected local government official for 18 years, including 16 years as mayor of Chaska, MN.   In addition to its work with the Foundation,n CADG provides consulting services to for-profit owners and developers.
